As more and more refugees from Congo continue to cross into Uganda, funding to ensure an effective response remains elusive. With budgets further stretched, I hope this newsletter helps in some small way to keep the information flowing and increase and improve decision-making and strategizing. • Wellness and Resilience for Frontline Workers and Managers - This course will assist you in understanding the impact that stress is having on your lives and how to build personal and organisational resilience.
