Uganda Refugee News - June 2022

Updated: Oct 1, 2023

Welcome to Edition 30

Another month has sped past and many of you are probably heading for summer vacations - so wishing you well. In anticipation that you may miss one or two of these newsletters, I wanted to remind you not to panic (!) as all the previous newsletters are on the URN website. On that note, there have been exciting developments on the website, the newsletter has now been broken down into sector pages. There is a new page - Resources by Sector - and a drop down from the main menu. Here you will find the newsletter content of all the newsletters in retrospective date order by the different sectors - Education, Environment, Health, Livelihoods and Resilience, Protection, WASH. Not all are ready yet, as its a time intensive exercise to get the history uploaded but once that's done it will be updated every month, so if you're interested in looking for reports and publications on a particular sector, you can just cut to the chase. As always, submissions are extremely welcome – please send to Ugandrefugeenews@gmail.com and wherever possible, they will be included in the next version. To sign up - please click here
